Committee is hosting two public meetings on March 21.

To the Editor,

Catonsville 2020 is pleased to announce its study and recommendations on the future of “The Village” at two public meetings on March 21.  The meetings will be held at Atwater’s, 815 Frederick Road from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and at the Catonsville Library, 1100 Frederick Road from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Catonsville 2020 was constituted by former Councilman Sam Moxley with the intent of studying the village area for its market potential and making recommendations for the future revitalization of the village area.  The 2020 committee was charged with looking at what zoning, parking, traffic, marketing initiatives might be implemented to help the Village become a mixed-use, socially vibrant, walkable community by the year 2020.
