Catonsville is finally joining in and coming out for the 9th annual National Road Yard Sale!
The National Road Yard Sale runs for 825 miles from St Louis Missouri to Baltimore Maryland along the National Road. The last stretch of the National Road is known as Frederick Rd in the area between Baltimore and Hancock, while the rest of the National Road runs along Route 40.
Locally, the Catonsville Historical Society has decided to participate on Saturday from June 4th from 8am until 1pm. Tables are available on their property and at many of the churches along Frederick Rd from Paradise Rd all the way to the Patapsco River at the of Baltimore /Howard County Line. Proceeds from the table rentals at the Historical Society and some of the churches are going to support the Catonsville Emergency Food Ministry. However, everyone who lives or has a businesses along Frederick Road is encouraged, to come out and set up tables and join this historic event from dawn to dusk!
