Blue Christmas Service
In the middle of Advent we will create a space for our sorrow and sadness, our hurt and pain, our grief and feelings of loss of any kind.
On Wednesday evening, December 15, at 8:00 p.m. we welcome all those experiencing a sense of loss this season. We will gather in the sanctuary for service of prayer, music, and silence. It will be time to be present to God and to one another, a time to support and remind one another of the Christmas promise that, indeed, "God is with us," even if we don't feel it or even believe it true at this time.
This service is open to anyyone. If you have friends, family or neighbors who might appreciate a service like this, tell them about it; maybe invite them and offer to join them. If you are able, please enter the sanctuary from the Beechwood Rd. entrance.
