A black dog was found Monday morning in Old Ellicott City, according to a Catonsville Patch user's announcement.
The dog was wearing a black collar with white dog bones on it, but no identification, the announcement states.
If you know this dog, found at about 8:30 a.m., contact the woman who found it by messaging her Facebook page.
