Around Catonsville: Man Escaped Spring Grove, Schaefer's Will

Here's what's going on in Catonsville so far today:

WMAR reports that on May 13, Patrick Kelly Pitner escaped from Spring Grove Hospital. According to the report, he was arrested in Saint Mary's County for carjacking. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest.
