Stolen Dog by Maintenance Man - at the complex on Seminole Ave in Baltimore. 6 witnesses saw him with the dog. He has been visited at his home and dog is still not being returned. May have moved the dog. Police are now involved. Hoping the cops will be aggressive. Please keep your eyes open. Dog could be anywhere in the area. Thank you!
