 This assistance program is targeted for the following zip codes:

21206, 21207, 21208, 21212, 21220, 21221, 21222, 21224, 21227, 21228, 21229, 21234, 21236, 21237, 21239, 21244, 21093, 21117, 21133, 21136.   Note:   Some zip codes cross over to the city but these funds are only available on Baltimore County properties

The particulars:

·         Homeownership counseling by one of four designated counseling agencies must be completed before executing contract of sale.

·         Housing quality inspection must be completed by approved HQ inspector provided by Balto County

·         5% of gross household (lender calculated) income must be contributed by borrower (ie. $60k per year, $3000 must be contributed from Buyers’ own funds – gift funds for this minimum is not allowed).

·         Can be used in conjunction with DSELP (State of MD/CDA program) – that’s $25,000 in assistance!!!!
