For anyone mourning the death of a loved one, Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care of Maryland and Jewish Community Services (JCS) are offering Community Bereavement Groups.

The eight-week series begins on Thursday, Oct. 11 at Jewish Community Services, 5750 Park Heights Ave., Baltimore 21215, and is free of charge. Pre-registration is required.

Bereavement groups provide a welcoming place where participants can be with others who are grieving, find support within the community, and benefit from the opportunity to talk with specialists about grief.
