Join the Friends of Benjamin Banneker Historical Park and Museum in celebration of Kwanzaa.

This is a Free, Fun, Family Friendly event! We will have seven interactive stations based on the principles of Nguzo Saba: unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith.

Enjoy performances of African drumming and dancing, and be inspired by martial arts demonstrations.

Bring the whole family and join friends and neighbors to learn about Kwanzaa and celebrate this holiday honoring Family, Community and Culture.

This event is sponsored in partnership with Baltimore County Dept. of Parks & Rec., Jack and Jill of America (Baltimore County chapter), Towson University African American Studies program, and Angaa Incorporated (Baltimore Chapter).
