AARP Chapter 421 will host a presentation on the Great Baltimore Fire of 1904.
During the March 11 meeting, local historian Wayne Schaumburg will describe the blaze that destroyed more than 1,500 buildings, covering some 140 acres of the city’s central district.
The 10 a.m. meeting will be at the Christian Temple, 5820 Edmondson Ave., about a half-mile east of Beltway Exit 14.
