The annual Towsontown Spring Festival is back, with food, music, games and more. The festival attracts over 100,000 people to the streets of Towson every year. The free festival is open on Saturday, May 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday, May 6 from 1 to 7 p.m.
