Yes, I agree that his political life is over and that being for good reason. However, he's been serving his time without complaint, not looking for sympathy, taking it like a man. I can't tell you how many politicians throughout the years who have went to prison, did everything in their "power" to try and get out right away (much like celebrities), and use whatever connections they have to make it happen. That is one thing I can say has not happened with Senator Bromwell. He knows he screwed up, he is serving his time without looking for an easy way out. My opinion is that he be left alone, sure, update us on his release, but not to keep beating it in about the "charges" and what he and his wife did. It's done, his career is done, and he's not looking for any acceptance from our community. I'm just trying to look from both sides of the fence, not trying to upset anyone. And I will make it very clear that I do NOT condone the crimes he did commit. Like I said, his political career is over and that's fair and part of the consequence of his actions. Just think about all the politicians that continue to commit crimes and get away with it right in front of all of our (the constituents) eyes.
