Woman Robbed Near Route 40 Store

Bag taken from woman as she was leaving Nail Quest on the 5300 block of Baltimore National Pike on Oct. 25.

 

A woman was robbed as she was leaving Nail Quest, on the 5300 block of Baltimore National Pike, at around 8:15 on Oct. 25, according to a police report.

As the woman was walking out of the store, a man grabbed the bag she was carrying and used physical force to take the bag from her, the report said.

The suspect ran toward Baltimore City after snatching the bag from the victim, according to the report. The contents of the bag were not disclosed by the police.

The only description is a "male"? Is that really the only bit of info. given to the police about the assailant?

Patch policy is to provide suspect description when it is sufficiently detailed to assist in an arrest. In this case, the general description provided by the police did not contain enough detail to help identify a suspect.
