Video: Teen Open Mic Night at the Catonsville Library

Monthly event showcases a variety of local youth talent.

Each month, the Catonsville branch of the Baltimore County Public Library on Frederick Road hosts an open mic night for local teens ages 11-17. While most of the kids are high school students, the open mic night is open to middle schoolers as well. The teens perform a menu of a cappella singing, dance, instrumental music, poetry, and stand-up comedy. This month's event took place on Monday, and the kids' artistic offerings were captured in a Patch video.
