Tonight's Event: Community Input Meeting on Townhomes on Thistle Road

Residents in the area of Frederick Road near Thistle Road and Dimitri's will be interested in attending a community input meeting on a development proposal tonight.
The meeting will be held at Catonsville United Methodist Church, located at 6 Melvin Avenue, from 7-8 p.m.
Dimitri's Properties LLC has submitted plan for 10 townhomes on the land on Thistle Road for what will be called Thistle Landing.
At tonight's meeting, a representatives from the county will be there and the developer will present plans on the proposal.
Catonsville Patch will be there as well covering the meeting.

That issue needs to be addressed anyway now that all of those apartments are up there. And now that they are there, 10 townhouses won't make a measureable difference to the traffic.

I would like to see them put townhomes on Edmondson ave near the CVS in Catonsville.

Christy, thanks for your comment. We won't be covering any boys lacrosse this week for Catonsville, but we are covering the girls team on Friday. We are also covering Western Tech lax tomorrow and Catonsville baseball tonight. We try to spread out the sports coverage to be fair.
