It's about time but a little too late for me! I was there on 2/25 and it was a "Chamber of Horrors" ! Because I have Fibromyalgia, my body has been suffering ever since from the horrible bed (like a guerny) and the horrible conditions (high noise level, no comforts at all, etc.). St. Agnes acknowledged it's sub-par conditions after I called and wrote to the CEO and others but it was too late as far as my body was concerned. It has turned me against St. Agnes altogether and they WERE my hospital of choice for 70 years. During the time they were getting a comfortable Sleep Center together they should have not allowed anyone to undergo the study until they were completed. As proof of my concerns, I have a letter from me to them, and them to me. Goodbye St. Agnes, Hello Harbor and Howard County!
