Not really karate, but Blue Mountain Martial arts has an awesome kumdo (Korean sword fighting) program at the Westchester Center in Oella.

Recs and Parks! Takes time to move thru belts but program is accessible to all (inexpensive) and has served the community for several years. Kudos!
