Students from 17 schools from around the county performed Monday night before friends, family and teachers at the annual Honors Concert at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.
The performance featured 250 of the best musicians in orchestra, chorus and band, culminating in a group rendition of "You Raise Me Up." (See slideshow.)
Did your son or daughter perform last night? What did you think of the show? What can you say about the arts across Baltimore County schools? TELL US IN THE COMMENTS!

What a wonderful evening! This was our first County Honors experience- our son is a Senior clarinet player and was thrilled to make the Honors Band. Everyone we invited was just blown away by the talent up on the stage. We are blessed in Baltimore County to have outstanding music instruction for our kids!

I came back from a multi media performance last night at Miami Beach. IT WAS WONDERFUL AND THE PEOPLE WERE BEAUTIFUL! It reminded me of the performances at the Meyerhoff....only outdoors.....
