Hilton Avenue lost power at 11:15 pm Friday night. It came back on Saturday morning about 9:30 am. Then early this morning, we lost power at 3:00 am. It came back on about 8:00 am. Since then, it has been surging on and off for the last two hours or so. Very unsettling.
