On December 26, 2012, Carol Lynn Warner-Urban, owner of The Perfect Touch Hair Salon and Day Spa.

She was the beloved wife of Theodore A. Urban and the late Douglas M. Warner; devoted daughter of the late June I. and Samuel H. Adams, Jr.; loving mother of Douglas "DJ" Michael Warner, Jr. and his wife Helen Keplinger; Karen Lynn Hughes and her husband Travis; Sean and Olivia Urban; cherished grandmother of Brynn, Cardin, and Trey Hughes; dear sister of Bruce Adams, Samuel "Butch" H. Adams III, Patricia Cavey, Michael Adams, Thomas Adams, Nancy Hannon, and Maryanne Holman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmonston Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Friday, December 28, 2012, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012, 9:15am at St. Mark Church, 27 Melvin Avenue, Catonsville, MD.
